A limited lifetime warranty on all parts and labor associated with the preceding repair.

The limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the preceding repair, and as such, is non-transferable.

This limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by this MobileTech911 location as well as the workmanship associated with the preceding repair only, and does not cover supplemental damage.

Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage unrelated to the preceding repair, including, but not limited to physical damage or liquid damage to the device.

Manufacturer-related defect symptoms may include one or more of the following: a spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, or LCD performance.

Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, physical and/or liquid damage, game system reflows, batteries, accessories and soldered components. Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty.

Additionally, this warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the phone.

MobileTech911 Repairs reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes concerning this acknowledgment of limited lifetime warranty coverage.
90 Day Service Guarantee - If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service or if your issue continues to occur, we will diagnose the problem and solve any remaining issues at no charge. We are committed to high excellence and quality service, We promise to protect your data during service, and to ensure privacy of your device's information. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all parts (Except Batteries), warranty will be voided if device is water damaged, screen is cracked, device exposed to excessive heat, manufacture defective or has been opened.
Any service we provide are covered by a 90-day warranty. If your computer system or device continues to be having issues after we repaired it, just call us right away for a diagnostics and we will replace any defective parts that were used during the original repair at no extra cost.
Notice: Keep in mind the warranty will not cover accidental damage
(such as physical damage, broken screen or water damage done to the device after the initial repair.
